Menstrual Cycle-centric strength training, nutrition, recovery, and optimization protocol with 1:1 strategy support every step of the way. Kayla will guide you in synchronizing hormonally appropriate and phase-specific strength training (@gym or @home), mobility, nervous system reconditioning, AND Fuel Your Feminine nutrition protocol in sacred alignment with your goals and in devotion to your feminine legacy.
