Plan Includes

  • Full Body Progressive Strength Training: 3 Days a Week cycle-synchronized sessions designed for gym and @home equipment. Focus on feeling your best while optimizing performance in each hormone phase. Emphasis on strong curve sculpting and healthy body fat using evidence-based hypertrophy methods.

  • Flexible Workout Schedules: Pre-planned weekly workout schedules aligned with hormone phases are provided, with access to import single sessions from the library into your calendar for greater flexibility.

  • Each workout includes thorough demonstration videos and detailed written instructions as well as the ability to easily substitute/progress/regress exercises as needed based on your ability and/or access to equipment.

  • Track Your Progress: Log your training session data via sets, reps, loading, and rest periods. Follow along with carefully curated Flow Sessions tailored to hormone phases and feminine recovery needs around strength training sessions.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins: Use our in-app check-in forms to track progress photos, body stats, and complete specially designed cycle-syncing questionnaires.

  • Integrated food tracker and barcode scanner within the app.

  • Kick off every month with a live Zoom Q&A coaching clinic for ongoing support and accountability!

  • Enjoy and engage in Full and New Moon ceremonies for goal-setting and more.

How it works

  • Terms of Service: Please note that this is currently a gym-based or well equipped home-gym program. You will (at minimum) need access to varying dumbbells or kettlebells as well as resistance bands in order to appropriately perform the strength training sessions as their designed. Alternatively, you may not implement these strength sessions and instead follow my hormonally aligned Flow Sessions protocol as your primary form of exercise. You do have the ability to substitute exercises within our strength sessions as you need, as there is a large library utilizing a variety of equipment such as cables, dumbbells, barbells, bands, etc. I am happy to assist you with questions regarding creative substitutions to accommodate your needs but please be aware that this is not a custom program and any necessary substitutions will be your responsibility to make in your session logs.
  • Your program begins upon sign up: as either a monthly subscription or one time purchase. The subscription billing cycle is every month in alignment with our moon and feminine womb cycle. If you cancel before the billing cycle is complete, you will retain account access until the end of that billing cycle. Cancel anytime. I do not handle cancellations; you are able to handle this yourself in your app dashboard in app or by logging in to your account via a web browser. Due to the nature of the content and materials provided upon purchase, there are no refunds and no exception. By purchasing this program, you consent to these transparent terms.
