Our 12 week meso-cycles emphasize strong curve sculpting and healthy body fat levels using evidence-based strength and hypertrophy methods, while progressing you through strategic phases of acclimation, accumulation, peak performance, and recovery.

  • FYF ZERO is a bodyweight+home based, hormone-aligned 4-week foundations program that progresses your through the four phases of the menstrual cycle safely.

  • Flexible Workout Schedules: Pre-planned weekly workout schedules aligned with female hormone phases (lunar aligned, for non-cycling ladies) are provided, with access to import single sessions from the library into your calendar for greater flexibility.

  • Each workout includes thorough demonstration videos of our exercises, detailed written instructions, as well as the ability to easily substitute/progress/regress exercises as needed based on your ability and/or access to equipment.

  • Track Your Progress: Log your training session data via sets, reps, loading, and rest periods.

How it works

  • ✅ This is a self-led group coaching experience with high-value support via the biweekly live coaching calls, regular masterclasses/workshops, and replays alongside the community TEMPLE chatroom and living resource library.
  • Your program begins upon sign up. The subscription billing cycle aligns with your chosen term length. If you cancel before the billing cycle is complete, you will retain account access until the end of that billing cycle. Cancel anytime. Kayla does not handle cancellations; you are able to handle this yourself in your app dashboard in app or by logging in to your account via a web browser. Due to the nature of the content and materials provided upon purchase, there are no refunds and no exception. By purchasing this program, you consent to these transparent terms.
  • ✅ This is a group program, not a custom 1-1 protocol. You may book a discounted Clarity Call at any time for more 1-1 attention to your goals.
  • This program does not provide private messaging access to Kayla for ongoing coaching. You will receive community chatroom access in app for all questions, coaching, celebration and accountability needs.
  • ✅ You must have access to basic equipment (dumbbells/kettlebells/bands) or be willing to invest in necessary tools while you get started with our bodyweight FYF ZERO program. Creativity with household items will take you far in the beginning, and we have support for this inside!
  • Terms of Service: Please note that this is currently a gym-based or well equipped home-gym program. You will (at minimum) need access to varying dumbbells or kettlebells as well as resistance bands in order to appropriately perform the strength training sessions as theyre progressively designed. Alternatively, you may utilize bodyweight and home items instead in strength sessiond and follow our hormonally aligned Flow Sessions protocol more consciously. You do have the ability to substitute exercises within our strength sessions as you need, as there is a large library utilizing a variety of equipment such as cables, dumbbells, barbells, bands, etc. I am happy to assist you with questions regarding creative substitutions to accommodate your needs but please be aware that this is not a custom program and any necessary substitutions will be your responsibility to make in your session logs.
