Plan Includes

  • Full Body Progressive Strength Training: 3 Days a Week cycle-synchronized sessions designed for gym and @home equipment. Focus on feeling your best while optimizing performance in each hormone phase. Emphasis on strong curve sculpting and healthy body fat using evidence-based hypertrophy methods.

  • Flexible Workout Schedules: access the individual strength sessions in our app library to import these workouts into your calendar according to your cycle and schedule for ultimate flexibility.

  • Each strength workout includes thorough demonstration videos and detailed written instructions as well as the ability to easily substitute/progress/regress exercises as needed based on your ability and/or access to equipment.

  • Receive exercise form feedback from Coach Kayla anytime by submitting your videos in the community Temple Chatroom. This ensures you're performing movements effectively and safely for optimal progress.

  • Track Your Progress: Log your training session data via sets, reps, loading, and rest periods.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins: Use our in-app check-in forms to track your progress via photos, body part measurements, and a specially designed cycle-syncing questionnaire for your reflection and intention setting.

  • BONUS: Integrated food tracker and barcode scanner within the app! *Note that this program does not provide nutrition protocols or ongoing dietary coaching*

  • Kick off each month at the New Moon with a live video Q&A coaching clinic for support, connection, learning, and accountability!

  • TEMPLE Community Chatroom: Engage and gather with other like-minded women. Collaborate, ask questions, share experiences, and celebrate each others success.

How it works

  • Your program begins upon sign up: as either a weekly subscription or one time purchase. The subscription billing cycle is every 7 Days in alignment with our moon and feminine womb cycle. If you cancel before the billing cycle is complete, you will retain account access until the end of that billing cycle. Cancel anytime. I do not handle cancellations; you are able to handle this yourself in your app dashboard or by logging in to your account via a web browser. Due to the nature of the content and materials provided upon purchase, there are no refunds and no exception. By purchasing this program, you consent to these transparent terms.
  • PayPal payment options are NOT currently available for this offer. You can DM @flexyourfeminine on Instagram with your best email to coordinate PayPal payments for any other FYF program.
  • Terms of Service: Please note that this is currently a gym-based or well equipped home-gym program. You will (at minimum) need access to varying dumbbells or kettlebells as well as resistance bands in order to appropriately perform the strength training sessions as they're designed. I am happy to assist you with questions submitted via Temple Chatroom in order to coordinate creative substitutions to accommodate your needs but please be aware that this is not a custom program and any necessary substitutions will be your responsibility to make in your session logs.
  • You will receive 'TEMPLE' (community chatroom) access when we welcome you as a member once your free trial period is complete.
